    Kathryn B. Gillespie is the President and Broker of 15 Properties, a South Florida-based real estate firm specializing in a wide range of product types across Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

    A native Floridian, Kathryn brings over a decade of industry experience and an insider’s understanding of the local market with a client-focused approach to every transaction. Kathryn has worked on both the landlord and tenant sides of transactions, currently managing over 80,000 square feet of commercial space, and has been actively involved in multiple space buildouts and refits. This hands-on expertise allows her to offer comprehensive guidance on everything from negotiations, property operations and long-term property strategies, being a driving force in the industry.

    Before founding 15 Properties, Kathryn spent seven years with SVN Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale. Her early experience managing family-owned commercial rental properties throughout South Florida provided a strong foundation in investment operations, leasing, and market dynamics.

    Known for her perseverance, attention to detail, and client-first mindset, Kathryn blends traditional relationship-building with modern marketing and tech-forward solutions to deliver exceptional results.

    She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and remains actively involved in her community. Kathryn supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and The Boys and Girls Club, and is a lifelong sports enthusiast.
